本产线采用挤出、复合一体化连续生产工艺。先将 PE 或 PP 原料送入高效挤出机，完成充分熔融塑化；熔融物料经由精密模头挤出，形成厚薄均匀的薄膜。
与此同时，无纺布基材经放卷输送至复合工位。在复合单元内，挤出成型的热塑性薄膜在精准控温、控压条件下均匀淋覆贴合于无纺布表面，形成复合卷材。
复合完成后，卷材依次经过冷却定型、在线测厚、切边、收卷工序。整条生产线搭载智能控制系统，可实时监测并调节挤出温度、复合压力、生产线速度等核心参数，保障成品质量稳定统一。
